Title: Lasagna - Joann Rachor

1/2lbLasagna noodles
1 Recipe PIZZA SAUCE, hot
3/4lbTofu, mashed
1cOr 2 CHEESE SAUCE or
  ECONOMY
  CHEESE SAUCE
  Sliced olives, optional.

Noodles may be cooked or uncooked as desired. The lasagna comes out delicious either way. Plus, it is easier to make if the noodles are uncooked. Layer in a 7x11" baking dish as follows: tomato sauce, noodles, sauce, tofu, noodles, sauce. Drizzle with cheese on top. Add olives. Bake at 350F. for 45 minutes. May use suggestion #2 under PIZZA TOPPINGS. The crumbled loaf or cereal can be sprinkled on with tofu.
